Gutter exteriors will be brushed clean using a special cleaner and then rinsed with low pressure. All windows are rinsed with low pressure. We can also remove rust stains using low pressure. Gutter Cleaning Your gutter interiors should be cleaned out in the spring and again in the fall, to keep them from getting clogged and causing drainage problems. We can clean out all of your gutters, including down spouts. We also inspect them for leaks and repair if possible. Low Pressure Roof Washing One of the services we provide is roof cleaning. Though we are a pressure washing company, we do not pressure wash roofs, low pressure roof cleaning is the answer (also known as SOFT WASHING). The black streaks on asphalt shingles are known as roof algae. It will only get worse if not taken care of. Algae like to thrive on the north side roofs where the proper amount of shade is present. It feeds on the crushed limestone that is used in asphalt shingles. Rain spreads the algae down the roof causing unsightly black streaks. Eventually, the algae will take over the entire roof. We then do a neutralizing / brightener process with X-180 Weathered Wood Restorer™ to prepare the wood to be sealed. The number one reason a sealer fails is because the wood is not prepared properly. After the wood dries to the proper moisture level, we then apply X-100 Natural Seal Deck Stain for superior finish.
